EXCHANGES (Size Issues)

We offer exchanges for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

- Tags (if any) must be intact

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for preference-related issues.

Refunds are only applicable if:

- You receive a damaged product, or

- You receive an incorrect item

To request a refund:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Share clear photos of the issue

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Used or washed items

- Requests made after 7 days of delivery

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
